Big Auction Warehouse is built around a simple promise: we do not collect, sell, or share your personal data. Your progress, inventory, and optional media attachments remain locally on your iPhone or iPad.

We do not operate accounts, sign-up flows, or server-side profiles. The app does not send your name, email, location, or gameplay statistics to us or to third-party analytics services.
Your game progress — balance, lots won, warehouse inventory, workshop jobs, reputation, and empire upgrades — is saved locally on your device using on-device storage. This data is used only to resume your game and is not transmitted to external servers by the app.
If you choose to attach photos or voice notes to warehouse items, those files are created and kept on your device for your personal reference within the game. Access is requested only when you use these optional features, and you can deny permission at any time in iOS Settings.
Because we do not collect personal information, there is nothing for us to profile, analyze for advertising, or sell. All core gameplay runs on-device without requiring an internet connection for save data.
Big Auction Warehouse does not integrate third-party advertising networks, marketing trackers, or behavioral analytics SDKs. We do not embed tools that report your in-app activity to external parties.
Your locally stored game data benefits from the security protections provided by your Apple device, including device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID where enabled. We do not maintain remote copies of your gameplay.
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no personal data is gathered, the experience aligns with COPPA-style expectations for local-only apps.
You can delete your progress at any time by removing the app from your device. Optional photos and voice notes you created remain under your control and are removed with the app unless saved elsewhere by you.
We may update this policy to reflect product changes or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Our core commitment to local, private gameplay will not change without clear notice here.
